Students shall follow strict discipline and obedience in examinations.

Horizon Champions Club can right to promote or fail in the exam.

Examination decisions will be taken without favouritism or discrimination, it depends purely on the performance of students in the exam, by the Founder/ Chief instructor/ Examiner/ Guest Examiner/ Head coach.

We shall not refund the fees paid for exams in case of failure, but students can attend exams twice a year to clear the particular belt. Failing to pass with extra attempts fees will be charged.

If any students/ Parents pass the arguments about the exam, if it comes to the notice of HCC we shall terminate the student.

Karate Gi with Belt is compulsory to attend the  Karate belt exam.

Karate Safety guards for Kumite are mandatory to attend exams.

For girls no coloured T-shirts are allowed except white, in the belt exam).

Uniforms should be clean (washed and ironed).

Ladies/Girls Should tie their hair properly.

Nail trimming is mandatory both in the hands and legs.

Boys should have a proper haircut, & No hairs should drop on the eyes.

If any student does not appear for the exam as per HCC rules & regulations we shall not allow the student to participate.

No Parents / Students are allowed to pass arguments / Comments about the exam result.

No Parents are allowed to stay in the examination hall.
